PLASTIC INJECTION SERIAL PRODUCTION

Plastic products ranging from 0.1 gr. to 3500 gr. can be produced by injection machines from 80 to 900 tonnes. Both our in-house produced moulds and customer owned moulds are used in the production. Critical, thin walled and transparent parts are produced from various materials like PP, PE, ABS, POM, PC, PBT, PA6, PA66, TPU. Ultrasonic welding and assembling are also performed in the production. Quality level achieved by giving service to the automotive industry has been transferred to other customers that we serve and “ISO/TS 16949 Automotive Industry Quality Management System” has become the company standard applied in all other products. Product quality assurance is achieved by standard or customer specific tests in our quality laboratories equipped with advanced equipment.
